VPN & Firewall Access

Certain campus and corporate networks, VPNs, and firewalls may, by default, block traffic required for SoWork video calls. If you are using any of these and encounter access issues with SoWork, please try the following steps to resolve them:

Turn off your VPN or firewall.
Check your VPN provider’s support docs and test alternative connection modes.
Switch to another server or network if your VPN supports it.
Request that your network administrator allow the following video-call endpoints used by SoWork. </aside>
