π Before entering your SoWork Office, you'll land on a Lobby screen where you can test your video and audio setup.
This screen lets you:
- Turn your camera or microphone on/off
- Confirm your devices are working
- Change inputs before joining

π§ If Somethingβs Not Working...
Here are the most common troubleshooting steps for mic/camera issues:
π§Ό Close Other Apps That Use Your Camera/Mic
Make sure Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, or any other video tools are completely closed before launching SoWork.
π Check Mac Permissions
- Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security
- Click Camera > Toggle ON access for Chrome and/or SoWork
- Click Microphone > Toggle ON access for Chrome and/or SoWork
You may need to restart your browser or app.
