SOPHYA INC (DBA SOWORK) AFFILIATE PROGRAM PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Affiliate Program Partnership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Sophya Inc. ("Company") and [AFFILIATE] ("Affiliate") as of [DATE].

1. Affiliate Eligibility

SoWork affiliate approval is at Sophya Inc.’s discretion. We may revoke affiliate status at any time for misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 10% of the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) from each referred paid team for the first 12 months of that team’s SoWork subscription. These commissions are paid directly to the affiliate as personal income, not to their team or organization.

All costs and prices refer to US Dollar amounts.

Commissions are tracked monthly using your unique discount code. Customers MUST use the affiliate’s code for the referral to be attributed to that affiliate.

Example:

Affiliate refers 5 paid teams:

1. Each team pays SoWork $400/month.
2. This represents $2,000/month in total MRR to SoWork, from these teams.
3. Affiliate personally earns 10% of $2,000 = $200/month.
4. Over 12 months, affiliate earns $2,400 in personal income.

Refer 10 paid teams at the example subscription levels, and you will earn $4,000+ per year of personal income just from referrals!

3. Upgraded Tier (12.5%)

If you refer 10 or more paid teams, you unlock a higher commission. The following requirements must be met to reach the upgraded commission tier:
