SOPHYA INC (DBA SOWORK) REFERRAL PROGRAM PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Referral Program Partnership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Sophya Inc. ("Company") and Referrer ("Referrer") as of the date that Referrer shares Referrer’s unique code or sign-up link.

1. Referrer Eligibility

SoWork Referrer status is granted at time of signup, but may be revoked at Sophya Inc.’s discretion. We may revoke Referrer status at any time for misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms.

2. Commission Structure

Referrers earn cash for each referred team that signs up for a paid SoWork subscription. These commissions are paid directly to the Referrer as personal income, not to their team or organization. All costs and prices refer to US Dollar amounts.

For each Basic Team referred by Referrer, if at 30 days since subscription Referrer continues to be a paid subscriber to Basic, Referrer earns $5 USD. For Premium tier teams, Referrer receives $15.

Commissions are tracked monthly using your unique discount code. Customers MUST use the Referrer’s code or sign-up link for the referral to be attributed to that Referrer.

Example:

Referrer refers 5 Basic and 4 Premium teams. Referrer earns:

  1. 5 Basic Teams * $5 / team = $25, plus
  2. 4 Premium Teams * $15 / team = $60
  3. Total = $85.

3. Unique Code for Referrals

Each Referrer will receive a unique code.

  1. This code gives referred teams 10% off their SoWork plan until they cancel.
  2. These codes, and Referrer’s unique sign-up link are the only methods of attribution for tracking Referrer revenue. Customers must use one of these two methods for the referral to be attributed to Referrer.

4. Payout Terms

Payouts are made by SoWork.

  1. Commissions are processed monthly, and only once the Referrer’s balance reaches $50 or more. Payments are made directly to the Referrer’s account and represent personal income from their referrals.
  2. Payments are sent via Stripe.
