📌 Manage what people can do — and how they log in
SoWork gives Admins full control over what teammates and guests can access in your Space, and how people sign in.
Everything is managed from the Settings menu in the bottom-left panel.
⚙️ How to Manage Permissions & Security
- Click the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner
- Scroll to the Team Settings section
- Click Role Permissions to manage feature access
- Click Security to manage login settings and guest access
🛂 Role Permissions
Here, you can choose which roles have access to specific tools and features.
Examples:
- Access team chat
- Use the Mapmaker
- Invite Members / Guests
- Record meetings
- Start broadcasts
- Manage desks
- Kick out people from the office
