1. Why the change?

We’ve been hard at work building Desks 2.0 — a faster, smarter, and more flexible system for managing where your teammates sit. The new Desk Manager will give Admins an easier way to assign, organize, and visualize desks across the workspace, with a cleaner interface and built-in tools for team management.

2. When do these changes go into effect?

The update begins rolling out in approximately one week. After that, Workspots (Pins) will no longer be supported.

3. What does this change mean for you and your team?

• “Load at your desk” & “Go to my desk” options will no longer work until you’ve claimed a new desk in the updated system.
• As an Admin, you’ll need to either:
  • Re-assign desks to your teammates using the new Desk Manager system.
  • Or ask teammates to claim their desk:
    • Click any desk label → Click ‘Claim desk’
