How to Move
Getting around in SoWork is easy! Here's how:
- Move your character with:
- ←↑→↓ or WASD
- Right-click or double Left-click.
- Zoom in / out using your mouse wheel or trackpad.
- Choose your movement style in General Settings:
- Diagonal (Isometric) – follows the angle of the space.
- Up/Down/Left/Right – for more traditional movement.

Explore the Office
SoWork offers two different ways to see and move around your office, so you can choose what works best for you at any moment:
Office View
World View
See your full office layout, complete with all its decor, details, and furniture. Ideal when you want to feel immersed in your workspace.
Simplified View
Simplified View
A simplified version of your office that focuses on people and meetings. It helps you quickly understand who's where and what's going on, perfect for fast decision-making or coordination.
- When you zoom all the way out, SoWork automatically switches to Simplified View.
- As you zoom back in, it returns to World View.
- If you prefer to stay in Simplified View at all times, you can toggle it on manually from the bottom-right navigation menu.
Navigation Tools
You’ll find handy controls in the lower-right corner of your screen to help you move around quickly:
- Focus Me – Center the camera on yourself instantly.
- Go to My Desk – Jump straight to your workspace.
- Change View – Toggle between World and Schematic View.
- Zoom In / Zoom Out – Adjust your view to get closer or see more.
- Change Floor – Move between different floors in your office (if available).
