📌 Capture what matters — without lifting a finger
In SoWork, you can record, transcribe, and summarize any meeting or quick chat. All it takes is a click. These tools help your team retain knowledge, stay aligned, and skip manual note-taking entirely.
▶️ Start with the Record Meeting Button
- While in a meeting or quick chat, click the Record Meeting button in your bottom toolbar
- The Record & Summarize Your Meeting window will appear
- Toggle the options you want:
- AI Summary
- Meeting Recording
- Transcriptions
- Choose your meeting language
- Click Start

🎬 While the Meeting is Running
- You’ll see a red recording icon in your toolbar
- Use it to:
- Stop the recording
- Save or discard the session
- Discard the live summary if needed

📁 After the Meeting: View in the Library
Once your meeting is processed, you’ll get an in-app notification. Click it to open your Meeting Library.
There, you can:
